John Thompson, Managing Broker/Owner has built a reputation for client satisfaction with 36 years of residential real estate experience in metropolitan Seattle. John specializes in working with first-time buyers, move up/down buyers, Estate sales, and investors of all types. He also has extensive experience with Multifamily properties, assisting both novice and seasoned investors in selecting properties with good ROIs and cashflow.
John and his wife, Barbara, are co-owners of the Downtown Seattle Keller Williams Market Center comprising more than 275 Brokers.
Barbara, also a licensed Broker, not only provides support for the John Thompson Team in Seattle, but is also their San Juan Islands representative.
Megan Bono, licensed Broker, Admin/Transaction coordinator, and also provides great support as a Buyer/Broker for the Team.
David, John and Barbara's son, is a General Contractor/Owner of T-Squared Construction. He offers great assistance with client Renovations and Prep for the Market.
Jeannie La Ferla, Stager/Owner of Spot On Design Company. Jeannie helps the team's listings stand out with her staging skills.
